Shipping Policy
- Delivery and installation (except bathroom cabinet) are available within Singapore.
- Delivery is free within our standard delivery coverage area.
- Orders will generally be delivered within 10–15 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once the delivery date has been confirmed, the delivery date cannot be changed.
- The estimated delivery time will be informed one day before delivery. The actual arrival time may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, and the delivery route on the day.
- Any request to reschedule made within 3 days before the scheduled delivery date or on the delivery day itself will incur a S$50 rescheduling fee.
- If you request delivery and installation to be carried out on two separate days, an additional S$80 fee will apply.
- Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the items on the scheduled delivery date.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
- Delivery time slots are subject to our delivery schedule and route planning. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Please inspect the items upon delivery and installation. Any damage or missing parts must be reported within 3 days with clear photos/videos.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order on the confirmed delivery date.
