Shipping & Returns

• Orders will be delivered within 10–15 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise stated.
  
• Once payment has been made and the order has been processed or delivery arrangements have been confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to change of mind.
• Customers are required to inspect the furniture carefully upon delivery and before our delivery team leaves the premises.
• Any visible damage, missing parts, or defects must be reported to our delivery team immediately upon delivery and supported by clear photos or videos.
• Claims for visible damage, missing accessories, or defective parts reported after the delivery has been completed may not be accepted.
• Missing accessories or defective parts must be reported within 3 days of delivery and will be subject to our assessment.
• Any claimed defect must be supported by clear, actual photos or videos of the affected item/part. We reserve the right to request additional photos or videos for assessment.
• For confirmed manufacturing defects, we may, at our discretion, arrange a repair, replacement of the affected part, or another appropriate solution.
• Minor variations in colour, grain, texture, knots or natural characteristics of solid wood are not considered defects.
